CLEARCC began operating in Colorado during the early 1990s providing various consulting services and solutions throughout the Rocky Mountain region related to natural resource exploration, land and real property, and the environment.
Since that time CLEARCC has provided customized services to property owners and operators, lending and financial institutions, underwriters, prospective purchasers, appraisers, developers and investors, facility and asset managers, attorneys, corporations, state and federal government agencies, municipalities, consulting firms, and to natural resource exploration and development companies.
Work has been completed on undeveloped land, open-space land, residential property, commercial and industrial property, Superfund sites, federal facilities, military bases and department of defense facilities, mined land, property with oil & gas exploration and production facilities, oil refineries, property with storage tanks and bulk fueling facilities, railroad, landfills, on Brownfield redevelopment properties, on contaminated property, and on property adjoining contaminated property.
Properties have been located in remote and urbanized areas, within mountainous, forestered, coastal, prairie, farmland, and desert regions throughout the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
