SITE INVESTIGATION

CLEARCC can complete a site investigation to evaluate your property.  Generally speaking the purpose is to determine nature and extent of contaminants. Subsurface investigation of ground water, surface water soil and soil vapor can be completed utilizing hollow-stem auger drilling, horizontal drilling technology, direct push technology, high resolution subsurface profiling and characterization technologies incorporating real-time data results and 3D imaging, and conventional sampling and laboratory analyses methods to identify and delineate contamination extent and concentration while characterizing the subsurface. Contaminants of concern may include heavy metals (such as lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, others), and semi-volatile (SVOCs) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), petroleum hydrocarbons, pesticides, herbicides, radionuclides, per- and poly-fluoroalkyls (PFAS) and other chemical compounds.
